I ordered a pair of Sketcher Twinkle Toes Shuffle shoes for my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter who is visiting me for Christmas. Anyone familiar with these shoes know that they come from the manufacturer in adorable little boxes that make it a very nice gift. What came to my home from this particular store (Fashion Island, Newport Beach, CA) was a pair of Sketchers with no tags bouncing around in a large white shoe box which someone from this store had handwritten the name and size of the shoes. Then to add insult to a injury, they did not include a packing slip. So, what Nordstrom is giving me for Christmas is one big hassle. I have to go online and print a blank return slip since no packing slip was included, fill it out, then take it to the post office to go at a snail's pace back to Nordstrom. Then wait 14 days for my money back. Oh yes, I almost forgot, I was given the option to purchase a second pair and hope they get it right and it makes it to me by Christmas. Hmmmm, what did I do wrong here? Bought something from Nordstrom, and was particularly unlucky that it came from the "high end" Nordstrom in Fashion Island!
